Several options available. https://www.amazon.com/Tupavco-Ethernet-Protector-Gigabit-1000Mbs/dp/B00805VUD8, that is just one. All will require cutting and splicing/terminating the cable from the Dish. Google Ethernet lightening protection.
Could I ask you to change your position and advocate installing a lightning arrester? As far as I've searched, North American Electrical standards advocate for grounding of exterior antennas. I'd be especially weary of running a PoE wire from my network to miner/antenna without one.
Not advocating this one in particular, just something similar:
Check out some of the user reviews. Many have pics as proof the device limited the lightning strike to the unprotected side of the lightning arrester.
Don’t you need to be running a lightning arrester grounded?
Honestly, it’s up to you. I don’t ground any of my setups. People think it has to do with lightening strikes but let’s be honest, any lightening strike will destroy the miner, antenna, and any other electrical component connected to the same circuit. A lightening arrestor is to keep static electricity found in the air that can build up in the antenna and coax cable. The areas I have deployments don’t have this issue, so I elect to not run them. Plus they add to coax line loss which hurts earnings. As always, this how-to is for educational purposes only and everyone can proceed at their own risk.
