Update: I got the other two Nessies (the Pink and Small Green ones) but I can't get the Blue one that is Exclusive to Japan because I don't know any third party purchase websites that I can get the Blue Nessie that are trustworthy (If someone can direct me to one that is trustworthy and hopefully not a scam website that would be great)
