I wouldn’t say painful cold for 8 hours, but cold enough for longer than normal. It’s rock hard too, which is why they’re little bubbles vs a full sheet.

I don’t know if it’ll work for you, but it’s a suggestion. Walmart/Target sometimes have them cheaper depending on the sizes etc.
