These are what I use
Silicone mat I use:

Bacon tray I use:

Be sure and measure the diameter of the rotating dish in your microwave and make sure the tray will fit. The 3rd one, Slanted Bacon Tray looks like it's the same as what I have but it comes with a cover, which I would have bought if they'd had it when I bought mine. Then no need for the silicone mats.
Panasonic invented the microwave inverter technology. LG also sells microwaves with it.
Out of curiosity, are you talking about a mat that goes inside a normal baking sheet like this, or a some kind of full silicone baking tray?
I have a 3-set of the same mats I linked, and I've like them a lot. I couldn't imagine spending twice the price for one single sheet, though.
I do it every morning.
Get one of those trays made for this. It has ridges and channels to take away the grease. You need to cover it because it splatters like crazy. You can put a paper towel over it but the paper towel gets sopping wet with water and grease. I like reusable things whenever possible so I use one of those silicone baking sheets over it, cut to size. It's also helpful if your microwave has the inverter technology so that the lower settings work properly. I cook mine at level 7 for 5 minutes, then pour off the grease, then level 4 for 5 minutes. Comes out crispy all over and flat.
These things have been great at allowing me to flatten the dough properly and not sticking like crazy.
Aluminum foil for building out the base of the model. As your clay can only be a certain thickness for baking.
I’d also invest in a pasta rolling machine. It saves time on kneeding the clay and makes it simple to plop on!
That should get you started!
