Remotec ZXT-120 z-wave to IR gateway. Pairs with Wink as a thermostat. You will need a secondary controller to program the ZXT-120 with the proper codes for the minisplit AC.

The Flair Puck might be another approach, but it isn't shipping yet - as far as I can tell, and Wink integration hasn't happened yet either.
