IMO, the true GOAT of multi colored pens is unequivocally the Pilot Hi-Tec-C Coleto 1000

I LOVE this pen. It is sleek and professional looking, relatively cheap (compared to the madness of the high end pen world), and the Coleto system is ridiculously customizable. There are plenty of starter combo packs on Amazon with this pen and a variety of sizes/colors of the refills. I get the 0.3 size refills so that I can write extra small when needed.
