I did try my local gym’s spin classes but wasn’t super into it…love my Peloton and I think the instructors are everything for spin. It was my most consistent way of exercising when I was pregnant- literally did a spin class 2 days before labor at 39 weeks!
And now recently postpartum, I’m doing Peloton’s postnatal core work and low impact spin.
