I say better to use a tiny skillet or even those tiny egg pans at the grocery store. I use a grocery store microwave egg maker for my egg mcmuffins. My new thing is I shake the egg up in a 150 ml container and pour it into the pan. Easy clean-up. Egg rings in a bigger pan did not work for me... the top didn’t firm up and they were impossible to flip. No matter how I greased them the egg stuck.
