I am looking for something similar as well. There are a good number of HDMI wireless broadcasting units. For example here is one.

https://www.amazon.com/Mirabox-Wireless-Transmitter-Receiver-Projector/dp/B0B583ZZ3P/

It can handle 4 receivers at once.

But you are limited to 1080p.

I have played around with software. For example Neko https://github.com/m1k1o/neko

You can stream a web browser to multiple clients at once. I have PCs at all of my TVs so it makes it easier to play and control the stream.

There are a few other software stuff out there that would let you stream video over a local network.

I have also played around with Jellyfin group streaming that works ok a few weirdness but overall it works.

But if you have other ideas i would love to hear.
