I can honestly say that the quality has been really, really good. I have purchased 4 thinkpads and 2 iPhones (Premium Renewed) on those and as long as they ship from AMAZON.COM you are good. But, if you get it and aren't happy, they always take those back with no issues.

Check those out. I don't think what was shipped to me had ever even been opened. It was legit brand new.
