I renewed a while back, and they do not make it easy to change to individual. From what I found, your options are:

1. Buy a card from the ifit store. I don't reccomend this because they charge the same price as month to month, plus $15 shipping so you end up paying a little more. At least that's how it was when I looked into it.
2. Talk to support either on the phone, email, or direct message them on social media and tell them you want to change to individual.
3. Renew month to month on Amazon here. This is what I ended up doing. After you buy it, you just have to link your ifit through Amazon and then your subscription payment will be entirely through amazon, which imo is for the best considering the state of the ifit website.
