lol yea I figured it was that!!! A lot of the issue especially with new disc users is inserting the same way as a tampon and it's not the same but, don't feel dumb everyone has a learning curve and now you know your body better :).

Well good to hear the Large is better....you should not be able to feel it but I'm sure you will get better the more you practice.

Would like to confirm are these the ecoblossum discs you have?

So I currently use the Lumma Large (68mm) and the Flex Reusable (69mm) during my period. I love both of them and give them about a 9/10. It autodumps for me which I love but wish it wouldn't leave a little residual blood after I go to the bathroom.
Therefore I'm currently contemplating trying Formoonsa L (another poster said since it's oval it compares to a rounded disc size of 67-69 mm which is kinda perfect for me) and the new Moonthlies Loop.
Will do a review after my next couple periods when I test them out.

Now that I think about it the Formoonsa Mini is listed as 64 mm but it's oval so compared to a round disc it might be a smaller fit, so do take that into consideration when evaluating the disc especially if you require at least a 65 mm size round disc. I believe both Cora Disc's are 65mm and Saalt Regular is 66mm.

So I have not tried Saalt but I did try the Regular Cora Disc and while I liked it I think it was a bit too small for me. The firmness (about the same as Lumma or a tiny bit more firm but not by much) and functionality as a disc worked just fine for me. It autodumped for me but did not leave any blood residue behind which I loved.
However, it did rotate and leak on my heaviest day overnight and I did not particularly use the notch to remove but that was fine b'c the rim was a little bigger and I could get a good grip on it to remove quite easily.

And if it helps, I would say I have an average cervix height but at the beginning of my period it does start out lower and get higher throughout my days.

I'm determined we will find you ur perfect disc!! LOL
