At least in the US they are a warranty item.
These aftermarket ones fit the new mount, if you can get them to ship to you.

I have a 2018 premium crosstrek. I just replaced my deteriorating wipers with these from amazon. They seem GREAT. I've used them at 65 mph plus. wipers

I've had them on for about 2 weeks now. Used in the snow and rain.
