LRAT2000 and the intellitone 200 are different tools.
I personally have the fluke CIQ kit( Toner, CIQ100, and identifiers. ) or if you have the fund you might want to consider the LRAT 2000 kit. Both the CIQ and LRAT2000 will give you the length of a cable and be able to provide a tone for the intellitone to work.
No idea if the Intellitone 200 can work through walls, but I find its loctate mode is pretty sensitive. Also depends if shielded cable was ran or not.
The benefits of the LRAT 2000 over the CIQ is you can get more information such as CDP or LLDP information if plugged into a switch.
