I’m in the same boat and my right foot and heel is worse as well. Been over two years now.

The #1 thing that helps me is foam or stick rolling my calves once a day for a few minutes.

Outside of that I found a pair of Amazon shoes that actually works after I got used to them. Also the sick shoes are amazing but I can’t walk more than a mile or two in hard surface. And these socks when you need a little cushion.
