I pre-ordered a similar battery from Sanho when it was on Kickstarter (I paid $150) -- https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/hyperjuice-world-s-most-powerful-usb-c-power-bank#/ -- they claim I'll get it in November. It's a similar idea -- I've just had good luck with Sanho USB-C stuff before.
I don't have the USB-C Omnicharge (I have the original one -- which will still work with a Matebook or any other laptop b/c you can plug a power brick into it), but their battery pack is already shipping and is $200
The thing to note about any of these high-capacity batteries is that if you want to recharge them, you'll need a high-powered charging brick for the battery (almost always sold separately). Also, the airline limit for external batteries is 100Wh, which this specific model is larger than (though the description and the details are at odds, so who knows).
The likelihood of a flight attendant/TSA agent actually checking the capacity is relatively low -- I travel frequently with shitloads of external batteries b/c I'm involved in video production (and you cannot check battery packs if you want to see said battery packs at your destination), and I don't think I've ever been asked to prove the battery capacity was below 100Wh. But keep that in mind.
As for will it work? Yeah -- it'll provide 60w of USB-C PD so it will charge/recharge your Matebook. You could technically get away with a battery pack that outputs at a lower wattage (Anker makes one that is ~30w), but that will charge slower and if your machine is doing something heavy -- won't recharge as fast as the processor is actually drawing power (this definitely happens to me if I'm using my 30w USB-C charger from an old 12" MacBook with my Matebook or 13" MacBook Pro and doing something really tasking).
