There's this laptop accessory that's a great alternative to buying a separate stand when you don't have much space to work with. It's holding up very well for my 13" 4-pound laptop, very sturdy and adds practically no weight to the laptop. Plus it is removable if you choose, just have to reinstall it with the adhesive: Majextand

That being said, a traditional laptop stand like the one another redditor suggested may help you create some extra vertical space to store things undernearth it.

If you want speakers but don't need the traditional kind, a good idea would be to pick up a Google Home Mini or Amazon Echo Dot or even an Apple HomePod if you can afford it since you own mostly Apple products. Small footprint and wireless, pretty ideal for your surface space.

For a lamp, there are some small vertical ones that can save you space and keep things minimal. Have not used these myself but I've seen them used by many people (Touch Table Lamp) (TaoTronics LED lamp)

I get the idea of people getting plants, it's definitely a nice touch and brightens things up. But honestly you can get any accessory - wireless charger for your phone, a diffuser for essential oils, vintage or new toys to display, maybe even stuff as simple as a Rubiks Cube or other non-digital accessories. Dive into Etsy or Amazon and I'm sure you'll find something fun.

You're in a good spot since you have a mostly wireless arrangement, so you can really rearrange things as you see fit. Good luck!
