Any smallish tablet stand will work. I have one of these for my Switch that I use with my Vita sometimes too. It is super adjustable and folds flat for easy storage/portability.

If you're looking for something that will attach to a controller and hold the Vita I believe this will work (the page lists a 3.4" max height the 1000 model is 3.289" and the 2000 model is 3.35") but why not just use the Vita's controls if you want it attached?
