My go to is RUIPRO. If using in a wall, make sure to get a CL2 rated version of their cable.

I have not used their 48Gb/s HDMI cables, only their 18Gb/s HDMI cables, but they have a fairly solid track record. Be aware, all active HDMI cables WILL fail at some point, and it is good to test a cable prior to installation.

In fairness, your existing cable will carry all standard video formats up through full 4K/60hz/HDR at 18Gb/s. The only thing this adds is support for 4K/120hz for gaming. If you aren't gaming, then there is no added benefit to a new cable.
