"Newer" is a relative term as it looks like the Stream line was discontinued almost a year ago and even then they ran a feature limited version of Windows 10 (which would prevent you from running software like GameMaker) on garbage tier hardware (the cheapest celeron processors, emmc flash storage, etc.).

If you're looking for a budget laptop to run stuff like GameMaker on, you would be much better off saving up a little and getting something like this or this.
