Melinda's ghost pepper is grocery store hot sauce to me, but it adds an extra kick in smaller quantities to things I might add ketchup to. Good for soups. It doesn't taste good enough to be a standalone sauce, IMO.

I'll have to try them out. I'm a big fan of Caribbean scotch bonnet "salsa" and smoked pepper sauces.
