I have a negative experience with amazon prime. I ordered a new part for my home AC Wednesday night of last week (thinking that it would be here by evening of Thursday). The item was listed as being prime eligible.

After seeing nothing Thursday or Friday, I began to wonder what was going on. I see that Amazon said that I should be expecting it to be delivered on Sunday no later than 8pm. Well 8pm rolls around, then 9pm. Nothing.

I received an email Monday stating that the package was not delivered at the expect date and that if I don't receive it by the 19th (mind you, I ordered this on the 11th) that I should contact Amazon...

The worst part is that my tracking information is for USPS and it came from VA...So for whatever reason, I did NOT receive my same day OR AT LEAST MY 2 DAY shipping on a "prime" eligible product.
