If wind is a concern, you might want to look at the Clearstream 4V. It's easier to tighten down to the mast and has less 'length' for wind to twist around than a traditional shape like the 7698.
I recommended the 4V over the 2V because you're so far out from the towers, and you need the VHF dipole.
