King Callie is officially locked in at Amazon, and I can't make any changes until it goes live tomorrow. So yeah, tomorrow, on my 30th birthday, I go from being an amateur to a self-published fantasy author. Which is badass.
Already got two great reviews in, it's part of Mark Lawrence's #SelfPublishedFantasyBlogOff contest, and I've slotted it as a give-away for two small e-charity events - one my friend is running, #StayWeirdBeKind, and #QuestForQueena.
No other major writing progress to be said, except I cranked out a 6.5k short story over the weekend in a totally different style, and I'm hoping to carve it down into a nice, lean story I can kick out for submission. And if anybody's interested in a review-for-a-free-copy swap with King Callie, PM me. Would love to accommodate.
EDIT: KING CALLIE IS OFFICIALLY LIVE ON AMAZON, and I have the biggest smile on my face right now.
