To save yourself a lot of hassle and mess (which can get expensive if you have to remake your batter a number of times), I suggest buying two 12-cup muffin trays which you can get for less than $12. You can crank out 200 cupcakes in an afternoon. Another suggestion- buy yourself a good ice cream scoop to make all the cupcakes the same size so they finish baking at the same time and look pretty.
