I never had mites but my doctor said to use tea tree eye wash if it would happen. Then you would put this on and leave it on when you go to sleep:https://www.amazon.com/OCuSOFT-Milliters-Associated-Blepharitis-Dysfunction/dp/B00XYIQ2PCThat will help clear inflammation and blepharitis. It is suppose to help with mites too but I didn't use it for that so I can only repeat what the doc said. This stuff did not burn at all except for initial use because my eyes were so chapped. The stuff you have may feel harsh if your skin is already irritated and its not adding moisture. It is just cleaning it.

You want to get some of these:https://www.amazon.com/ChefBee-Disposable-Applicators-Extensions-Container/dp/B08JV1F4HM/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=disposable%2Bmascara%2Bwands&qid=1683256011&sr=8-5&th=1Dip them in alcohol to sanitize. Then you can use them to help remove debris and dead skin from your lash line. Use a magnifying mirror so you can see what you are doing. Tutorials on youtube on how to clean lashes deeply.

Try an electric usb mask. It actually stays hot better than the bruder. Always clean your mask or mask guard after every use. Read reviews as all masks are different. I like this one:https://www.amazon.com/Aroma-Season-Flaxseed-Syndrome-Blepharitis/dp/B07LBL172C/ref=sr_1_8?crid=GFAN67HFUOK9&keywords=dry+eye+mask&qid=1683256207&sprefix=dry+eye+mask%2Caps%2C87&sr=8-8

When you do the mask: Put eye drops in your eye, close eye for 20 seconds. Apply high heat for 10 minutes every day. Gentle downward massage after. Cleanse eyes. Reapply eyedrops.

Just some drops: I love these and they are non irritating as the preservatives in some eyedrops bother me. Plus they are oil heavy so perfect for MGDhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074ZHK96H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

For your eyes before sleep:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000052XC0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

I also use it on my eyelids before bed sometimes if my skin feels dry.

You could try artificial tears after the cleansing wipe, or even before and after the wipe. There are also gentle foaming cleaners that are sold in a pump manufactured by Ocusoft. You can apply them with a cotton pad or your fingers, and rinsing is optional for the Plus and Platinum versions.

Ocusoft Lid Scrub Plus Platinum (I like this one the most)
