The one you're looking at is definitely the most handy tool in the kit. The file is a bit coarse for my taste (though the sanding pads are just about right), the tweezers are adequate, pliers are ok, side cutters are the usual stamped cheapies that probably won't hold up long. The long slit tool was slightly bent when I got it but I spread it a bit and it's pretty handy. I thought I'd use the tapered dowels more than I do but it's nice to have options.
I wouldn't regret the $16 for the one tool and consider the rest to be nice to have around.
