I use the bandaid like things from amazon to keep it from getting caught all the time. Made a big difference for me.

Mine have always stayed on unless I knock them off, which happened too often. So I started using these and like them https://amazon.com/gp/product/B07QB7V6MF

For me they start to come off around day 11 or 12, so I may need to start replacing them after a week.
