AFAIK you can’t buy the metal tipped giraffe jadon max laces separately (plus I also wanted shorter ones for shoes) so if anyone’s curious about how I kinda recreated some-
The closest I found to the pattern is paracord in the pattern goldenrod with black diamond from paracord planet, amazon has it too. (The goldenrod diamond isn’t quite the same as the goldenrod with black diamond.).
The aglets are these from amazon but they have a lot of others. They sell a ridiculously priced tool to squish the tips but after practicing before on other laces, I can just do it carefully with cheap pliers (slowly, starting at the end and keeping them round.). I put a drop of glue on the inside before I squished it, but it would probably hold without it.
The ends work in the big eyelets and regular 1460s, but they are too big for the eyelets in the shoes I wanted. I put the ends on after I laced them so I’ll have to cut them off to take out the laces.
The double stitch 1461 didn’t come with the patterned laces like the double stitch 1461 bex, and even though these aren’t an exact match I think they look really good - maybe a little long, I might shorten them.
