NTB but have you considered buying them a sort of food exercise ball? My blue eyed roommate, that looks an awful lot like yours, is very needy and hungry acting. We feed them three times a day, and sometimes put food/treats in a toy for them. Unfortunately, the blue eyed roommate is too smart for his own good and knows how to open them, so we’ve had to tape the balls closed. We’ve also tried this one and he hasn’t yet figured out how to open it.

If you give into their demands, they’ll make more demands. They learn time, and will do it at the same time every day. They’ll ask for it earlier and earlier! More and more! An awful, endless cycle. They’ll end up fat, you’ll spend more on food, and you’ll always be reminded that they need more food! Stop the cycle before it begins. Save your sanity. Even if it means keeping eye contact with your roommate while he takes a big smelling one in the corner.
