I'm a really big fan of the farroday pump that I got last year on amazon. It has a stainless head, 1/2" NPT on both sides for thread, and chugs along strong. There are a number of $75 wort pumps that are probably all made in the same factory in china and likely work just as reliably. It's nice to put a ball valve on the output too so you can throttle it if you need/want to.
For the sprayer, try this one if just using a barb or Quick Disconnects, and this one if you have triclamp stuff.
Worth noting, if you're going the pump route you almost certainly want quick disconnects on everything (ball lock vs camlock is personal preference). Denord brand on amazon is pretty reasonable, pretty sure I ended up making 3 transfer hoses (female on both ends) of various lengths as well as male fittings on the ends of anything threaded I own. Those can add up quickly, I ended up spending over $200 to outfit everything when I bought my pump.
