FWIW it was actually even better the next day! Google says Salami Chips are a go! 375F for 10 minutes, then place on paper towels to dry:

Or 325F for 12 to 15 minutes:

Side note, I went through a keto phase for awhile (had digestion issues; did keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, fruitarian, etc.). Eventually settled on macros: (have done both regular & low-carb macros)

But for keto, there's lots of really great stuff available thanks to the power of the Internet! Have you ever heard of Fat Bombs before? Sort of dessert-like bite-sized balls similar to energy bites (fresh granola balls, of all different flavors) or bliss balls (vegan version), but keto-friendly:

They also come in savory variations:

Also, if you haven't heard of it, Allulose was probably the best sugar substitute I've tried: (keto-friendly)

You can also use the APO for fun stuff like bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers in air-fry mode:

Anyway, if you try the salami chips, let us know how they turn out!!
