I've gotten so many questions that I thought it would be a good idea to add to my post here. Unfortunately, I don't have any 'before and after' photos. I got my KP under control more than a decade ago, and wasn't on Reddit then. As far as the acid I use, this is it:

For astringent, I use whatever is cheapest, like the generic version of Clean & Clear. I mix up the solution and put it on those giant cotton squares and run this over my body and face every night before moisturizing or putting on an oil.

If your skin is really inflamed, I recommend sticking with an chemical exfoliation for a few weeks before doing a scrub.
