I'd recommend looking for one rated for 20gbps and 100w per delivery.

For example:

https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B087ZQ4S6L/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_e9MGFb13YCQ5J

it's a relatively cheap result which advertises to meet those specs but I haven't passively tried it

10gbps would most likely be enough but with if you err on the side of caution 20gbps should make sure nothing goes wrong. There are called rated for 40gbps but that's thunderbolt so that shouldn't be necessary.

If course this is speculation as I haven't got my nexdock touch yet so I can't try anything I have to back up my theory.

Butt yeah, most devices you'll be connecting will either use usb 3.1 (gen 1 is 5gbps, gen 2 is 10gbps) or 3.2 (20gbps).
