Saws are nice and all, but you are better off buying a dremel. It can easily be used to cut wood and metal (and PCBs). You can get a ton of different attachments to use it for routing and drilling. You can find a decent starter set for around $80 that comes with a ton of different tool tips.

Thats not a problem at all. You just need to purchase a case expander.

I have this one - https://www.amazon.com/Dremel-4000-2-Performance-Attachments-Accessories/dp/B002L3RUVG, I like the multiple speeds because we use so many different types of materials. Higher speeds for grinding plaster, lower speeds for plastic or polishing if you dare.
