Here is the Power Smart for $359 which appears to be yet another version of the same generator as the Wen and the HF:

Take the "2500W" sticker with a huge grain of salt. It's the same as the others and I wouldn't count on more than 1800W (other than for surges) out of any of them and even less continuously if you want their little 79cc motors to have a long life. The "2500W" claim may be based on the notion that the inverter will not melt if you push 2500W thru it but that motor isn't going to create 2500W in the 1st place. A 3HP motor is good for around 1500W really.
Keep in mind that inverter gens can be paired up with a "parallel kit" so a pair of them could power a 30A, 120V RV type outlet (and that such an outlet can be rigged to backfeed both legs of a house panel although 240V appliances would see 0V). Due to economies of scale or whatever, 2 Powersmarts are going to be less than one 4,000W inverter gen. For people with no need for 240V (which also means not a lot of high draw loads), I would say that a pair of Powersmarts would be a good emergency outage solution.
