I've gotten exactly that to do well on my body hair pre-hrt. But on the highest setting, I'm getting no detectible effect on face hair. The problem is that testosterone-induced facial hair has relatively deeper hair follicles and is more closely space and so needs to be more precise on wavelength, more powerful, or both.
