If it has mono sound, use two of these and connect your sources. Official name is RCA female to TS 1/8" male.

The source must be composite video (CVBS) and analog audio.

If it has stereo sound, get an "RCA to 3.5mm Y-cable" (RCA stereo female to TRS 1/8" male).

For HDMI just use an HDMI to AV downscaler. Don't get this plain cable because the signal types will be completely wrong.

For the antenna port I don't know what it's called, but it's a 3.5mm to 300 ohm screw adapter (looks like this). From there you can connect a separate wire antenna or convert it using a 75 to 300 ohm adapter.
