I have no idea of why you want SFP+ when using cheap Cat6 is so much cheaper. The 10Gbase-T card from QNAP for this is the QXG-10G1T, which is $107, and you use cheap Cat6 cable to connect this to your computer's 10G port.

But if you insist on SFP+, why are you considering anything except a QNAP supported card for this model ? Where do I get this information ? Right from the www.qnap.com website.
