Yes, you've got some that are worth a decent amount
You have a 20 cent piece and what looks like an 1879 CC Morgan, as well as a nice seated and bust half as well as a Lexington-Concorde commem.
Also, the Columbian Half dollar is a US issue -- the first commemorative the US made (alongside the Isabella Quarter)
My suggestion given that you have the makings of a nice collection would be to buy a copy of "the red book" which would give you some background info as well as approx. values retail for the coins (keep in mind that retail price is not the price that a coin dealer will buy them at!)
