Contrary to the other person, I do think you should get a starter kit from Amazon.

There’s no really “right” answer on this and it’s a matter of personal opinion. I sway more towards the buy something cheap to get you started, if you like it invest more in it. If you don’t like it then you’re not out a bunch of money and you got started faster

Other people do also have a valid opinion of buying good tools to last. But also it’s a higher barrier of entry when you just want to try the hobby. So up to you
