Depends on what stores you have near you and those options, but there are some things I've been happy with.
The only thing I've ordered from Amazon that I haven't found in retail near me -- these breadcrumbs (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007JEYVN2/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Comparatively low-cal, no refined flour/sugar, hold up well in the air fryer.
Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut cereal (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057616T6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1) -- super low-cal, very tasty/filling.
Safe Catch tuna -- the link has plain, but they come in flavored now, too (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0057616T6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1) It just tastes a little more like tuna steak and has much less mercury than normal.
No-sugar versions of apple butter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HTL70A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and jam (link is to fig, but they have several, most sweetened with only apple juice -- https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FMJ75M0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) 1 Tbsp of that, 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, about a tbsp of Weetabix = quick, delicious crumble.
12-packs of Annie's single-serving mac and cheese. I got the White Cheddar (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D7D1Y7U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Also, goes well with turkey meatballs, a little spaghetti sauce, and some Parm.
And if you're into smoothies or baking, they have a nice vanilla powder. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DUQXGHE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1. I like it, and I think if I baked more, I'd use it more.
And these are great from Republic of Tea ( https://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=114-7390771-9050647&seller=A1JHOVMYJHOG8P&tab=&vasStoreID= ) I'm not sure about the claims and research, but they all taste good and have zero calories, so it's worth it for me. Also, every time I've ordered from Republic of Tea, it's taken a little longer than Prime time, but come with a sample or two in. So buyer beware/excited, I guess?
Good luck!
