Probably just going to go with this and not add the 3rd monitor to the switch. It's mostly used for watching videos/movies and whatnot anyway. Thanks all for your help.

Thanks for everyone's feed back. I just ordered this from amazon and I think it will do the trick. I can just plug my monitors, mouse keyboard switch with the touch of a button. Im going to loose the 3rd monitor when I switch to the company laptop but thats ok i use it mostly for watching video anyone its not part of my main work space. Ill just leave the laptop closed and powered on and it should feel pretty similar to my normal setup.
