I don't see the color changing bulbs that cheaply (on Amazon, at this time). They appear to be closer to US$50.

For the record, I suspect each of these projectors actually suck and aren't fit for any purpose let alone yours, but that's just my cynical world view. They might be fine.
This one is only US$50.
This other one is tiny (which means probably low light output) and also only US$50.
This last one is a little more expensive. Probably still sucks.

At the moment, I think the Lifx bulbs (perhaps in a reflector to direct the light) is your only close alternative to the Philips.
