Hey so if you have a wireless guitar for 360 all you is an adapter, you can pick one up on amazon pretty cheap. If it’s wired it should have a standard usb connection, and all you’ll need are drivers which you can find easily on the web.

I’m not sure about xbone controllers with pc, But I know for a fact 360 controllers will.
