Oh man, that sounds like my neverending battle with spider mites. I tried a good 13-14 things first trying to avoid coughing up $240 for a bottle of Forbid. I was starting to think the damned things were actually immortal before I was able to get my hands on some actual miticides. Found this place online that resells them in 0.5 or 1oz bottles and sell a 3 pack of Avid, Forbid & Floramite for $40 which is way more reasonable for a home gardener.
For reference here is what a full sized bottle of forbid is goin for: https://www.amazon.com/Forbid-4F-Miticide-Bottle/dp/B0075FE8LA
Oh yeah that same site also sells Gnatrol which is BTI just like mosquito dunks but more concentrated. Works great on fungus gnats.
Edit: Oh yeah I forgot to mention that Avid is also labelled for thrips and whiteflies in addition to spider mites. I usually tank mix it with spinosad if I find thrips.
This PDF has a chart where they asked professional growers what products they typically tank mixed & the #2 one is Abamectin (avid) + Spinosad. I found it to be pretty useful.

Also for anything you would use neem for you should check out Azamax (azadirachtin). It's made from neem oil & still organic but it's a lot more effective vs raw neem. It's my go-to pesticide on plants I intend to eat. Straight nukes aphids.
