From a materials perspective a 14oz steel hammer will deliver the same energy as a 14oz ti hammer if designed properly. In fact Stainless steel's tensile strength is 485 MPa versus titanium's 480 MPa, to therotecally a stainless 14oz head will deliver 1% more energy....

They are great, I have used them, but the science says they are no better than a similar steel hammer. AKA, this one https://www.amazon.com/ESTWING-CO-ALBKM-Aluminum-Milled/dp/B06XQN5P6K
