Looking at the one you linked is likely it will work with the odin, but I'm not 100% sure. You could try ordering it, and return it if it doesn't work. Probably good to Check reviews and see if anyone has used it with android for your specific use case as well.

A usb c hub should work. I have an android phone and have used one before and everything worked, usb, sd card, ethernet, hdmi.
