I have similar thoughts, but overtime I’ve learned how to separate those thoughts with logical facts. It’s anxiety. Have you read “how to calm the fck down” by Sarah knight? Also recommend her “how to get your sht together*) It’s a super funny and easy book but also suuuuper helpful in changing to more rational thoughts.
