I'm not sure on the filters you have but as long as they are activated charcoal and labeled for organic you should be good, the point is to filter out isocyanates in the paint which are pretty knarly. You won't need your respirator until you start paint in airframe, so you don't really need to stress about it until after your done with Generals.
(You probably already know this but if you buy some filters don't open them until the day you start paint, and keep them in an air tight bag after opening, the activated charcoal is only good for so many hours in the open air.)
